2006 Orchestral work, Shadow of Golconda III has won "Masterworks" composition prize. It will be recorded in volume twelve of ERMMedia’s compact disc series "Masterworks of the New Era".
2006 String Quartet Yi Bi has won the third prize, the Molinari Quartet’s Third International Composition Competition, Montreal, Quebec, Canada. The winning work will be recorded on compact disc for the ATMA Classique label.
2006 Orchestral work, Novela (A Little Story) has won "Masterworks" composition prize. It will be recorded in volume eleven of ERMMedia’s compact disc series "Masterworks of the New Era".
2007 Honorable mention in the Indianapolis Chamber Orchestra Composition Competition 2007, Indianapolis, Indiana.2007 First prize in the ALEA III, 25th International Composition Competition 2007, Boston,MA.
