Xiang Hai Xuan is situated in the south of the Garden.  Its enclosing covered veranda and the timber fences on the sides are a typical Tang architectural feature.  The interior decoration of Xian Hai Xuan is grand and elegant consistent with the overall design of the Garden.  It is a venue for small exhibition, arts or musical performances and seminars.  Xiang Hai Xuan has an area of 176 square meters and a seating capacity of 180 audiences.  It is sound-proof and is equipped with professional stage lighting, audio and video equipment required for various conferences or briefings.  The changing room at the back can be used as the back-stage
